It was a dream come true. I had the perfect groom, I had the perfect car, I had the perfect wedding. I had been thinking about having a white Beetle cabriolet for my wedding car.

I did not want to have a boring Mercedes as the car of the day. I wanted perfection. And there it was. Tooting for me early in the morning on July 3^rd 2007.

I still remember how the neighbours were trying to catch a glimpse of me. It was great to have people take notice of me, it was my most beautiful day after all. The car made it easy for people to see the bride and groom. I was elated.

Candy was very sweet (pun intended), she gave us a “Just Married” license plate as a wedding gift. She even made it to match my colour theme. I thought that was really nice.

So brides out there who want a fairytale wedding, this white Beetle cabriolet is as close to a horse-drawn carriage as you can get.
